Candle Care: Maximize the burn of your Scentered candle and enjoy a long lasting fragrance with our care instructions below.
How to reuse the candle glass:
- Place the cold finished candle and glass in your freezer overnight.
- Using a spatula, gently pop out the remaining wax.
- Wash the glass and dry thoroughly (NOT suitable for dishwashers).
- Remove the refill from its packaging as instructed and place into your glass.
- Throw your compostable cup (made from plants) into your commercial compost bin (NOT for
  home composting).
- Place candle on a level, heat resistant surface and follow our Candle care instructions.
NB: If using other 220g candle glasses please ensure that the refill wax sits approximately 1 cm below the rim of the glass.
Trim the wick to 1cm before every burning.
Burn the candle for a minimum 2 hours the first time, you get the aromatherapy
benefit plus it should burn to the edges, with an oil layer across the top,
this gives you an even burn.
Our candles are natural and hand poured, this means you might get slight color
changes in the wax as we don’t use artificial dyes to make everything look the
same.
Our candles are jam packed with essential oils, this means you might see droplets
of oil on the top of your candles or sometimes we might spring a leak on our
compostable refill cups, your candle is still perfect.

Cautions and Safety notes:
- Never let the flame come into contact with the outer container.
- Place holders on a surface that will not be damaged by heat. Or use a heat resistant mat.
- Never leave burning candles unattended.
- Always read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions supplied with candles and candleholders.
- Burn out of the reach of children and pets.
- Ensure candles are burned away from flammable items, i.e. curtains
- Candles should be burned away from other sources of heat such as television sets.
- Keep out of direct sunlight.
- Candles should be burned in an area free from draughts.
- Never move a burning candle.
- Contact with wax may cause an allergic skin reaction and serious eye irritation. If on the skin, wash with plenty of soap and water. Wash hands and other contacted skin thoroughly after handling.

All orders under $50 - £5.00 fee.
All orders over $50 - FREE.
Service:
All orders, including free deliveries, are sent via USPS and UPS. If you are not going to be home, please use an alternative address in the shipping section as we cannot be held responsible for orders left outside your property.
Orders placed Mon – Fri after 12pm CST will be dispatched the next day. Orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday. We aim to have all orders delivered with 3-5 working days.
For next day deliveries, please place orders before 12pm.
However please note that during public holidays and busy seasonal times such as Black Friday & Christmas, orders may take slightly longer to be delivered.
We ship to all 50 United States, APO/FPO/DPO addresses and P.O. Box addresses.
N.B. We do not ship to U.S. Territories.
