Payment
Online payment will be provided in a secure environment. Payments must be made in US dollars and by one of the following credit card payment methods - Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Delivery
Our standard delivery service is via USPS. Functional Fragrances cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by any third party.

Product availability
We endeavor to maintain full stock availability, but in the unlikely event that an item is not available at the time of your order, you will be notified, and it will be sent to you as soon as possible.

Return Policy

What is Scentered’s return policy?

We hope that you love our products as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at customercareus@scentered.me within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please be sure to state your name and order reference number in your email.

Please kindly note we can only accept returns for items that have not been used or altered and are returned in a suitable, re-saleable condition with the original packaging intact. All returns must be post marked within 14 days of receiving to be eligible for a return.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you are returning a purchase for a refund, you will be responsible for the return shipping.

In the instance where the return of goods is due to damage, a defect, or discrepancy in the order, the customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to Scentered USA. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the product to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
