Purchased these for my daughter, who has been experiencing anxiety issues for the past couple of years. Wasn't sure how she would respond, but a few days after recieving them, I noticed she was carrying the de-stress balm around with her lip balm - she never goes anywhere without lip balm. She moved away from home last weekend & in the days leading up to the move I noticed her using it a number of times. Apart from a bit of pacing back & forth, her anxiety was kept in check - great result!

Instructions needed

Would have been good if the set came with the instructions on what to use when (like there is on the site) as I purchased it as a gift for someone else and not sure they will know what to do with it without me explaining!
