An essential bit of sleep kit.

I strongly recommend this little stick of dreams. I apply it every night to my pulse points and find it lulling me into a lovely deep sleep. Can't do without it and have been using the lavender scented stick for the last 6years. Love the refills so economical.

absolutely love this but am a little concerned about the waste due to the design at the bottom of the stick. Perhaps you could look into this.

I absolutely love the fragrance of this product and would recommend it to anyone. Initially I was a bit sceptical re the idea that it helps to promote sound sleep but it really works for me. Not only do I drop off quickly but I get a decent night's sleep too.
