If someone said to you, rub this balm on your wrists and you'll feel better, would you believe them?

We'd probably be a little doubtful as well, but our clever little balms can do just the thing.

The combination of essential oils on your skin, as well as the power of your breath, can create wonderful things, to help you feel the best you can. 

Essential oils have the ability to trigger emotional and mental responses from the brain as well as physical reactions within the body and by applying them on your pulse point (wrists, behind the ear or on your temples), they can be absorbed into your bloodstream quicker. We can use them in all areas of our lives: to relax and sleep, or to wake up and focus. They can improve our digestion and help to clear and brighten skin. An essential oil is far more than just a smell; the healing effect can be mental, physical and emotional. 

We have up to 25 essential oils in each of out therapy balms, which means they do all the wonderful listed above and most importantly, smell fantastic too. 

Be-happy balm

Our Be-happy balm, is a wonderful combination of Grapefruit, Lemon Myrtle and Spearmint, offering an awakening scent with each application. Imagine stepping into the summer sun, with a cool breeze and the fresh scent of grapefruit and spearmint alongside you. Applying our aromatherapy balm, allows you to go back to your happy place each time you smell the scent. In fact, we often call our Be-happy balm our sunshine in a stick. 

So where does the breath come into this? 

Pairing our therapeutic essential oils with deep and conscious breathing is a swift and effective way to change your mood and release any tension or anxiety.

You can let go of any worries you are holding with calming breaths, which can be achieved anytime, anywhere you might be.

Follow these simple steps:

1. Apply chosen balm onto your wrist, neck and temples
2. Place your hands on your abdomen
3. Deeply inhale the Scentered therapeutic natural aromas
4. Take 3 deep breaths.

An easy way we like to remember this as Stop, Inhale and Reset.
