Directions:
Microwave Instructions:
- Place in a clean microwave with a rotary table for 1-2 minutes maximum on a medium setting.
- Cool Pack Instructions: Place in the freezer for up to 1 hour.
Wheat Bag Cautions:
- Do not use wheat bags as bed warmers, made only for direct application to the body.
- Never overheat a wheat bag and do not use if it has any signs of over-use such as discolouration, charring and smells of burning
- Ensure microwaves are clean, free from oil/food
debris, functioning properly and include a turntable ensuring this turns freely with the wheat bag on it - Never leave the microwave unattended when heating the wheat bag
- Leave the wheat bag to cool on a suitable surface
- Bag can be reheated once it has fully cooled down

Wheat Bag Maintenance:
- To clean wiped with a damp cloth
- To maintain longevity of the wheat bag ensure the
wheat does not dry out by periodically placing a cup of boiling water in the microwave with the wheat bag and heat as normal. The steam created will rehydrate the wheat.
