SLEEP WELL Mini Wellbeing Ritual Aromatherapy Balm

I have a lot of difficulty falling asleep and this balm has definitely helped. The scent is strong and just wraps around me. I can immediately feel the effects of the lavender helping to calm my thoughts and stop my brain from its hamster-on-a-wheel cycle. Excellent product.

Very small amount for what you pay for, have not noticed a difference in sleep

I am updating my review dated 11/26/18. I received a follow up from the company expressing concern about my customer service experience. To my delight and satisfaction, they had tracked the delivery of my package to a residence across the street from me. The residence happens to be a second home owner who clearly had not visited recently. My package was waiting there on their porch addressed to me. Thank you so much Scentered for your diligence. Can't wait to try the product.

I read about this product in "The Week" magazine, placed my order, and looked forward to receiving. The order never arrived. I communicated with the company and they initially seemed very customer oriented. I received a follow-up communication with the date and time UPS indicated the package was delivered. I happened to be home entertaining guests the night the package allegedly arrived at our address. My dog never barked, which she always does when deliveries occur and there was no package on the porch when we said goodnight to our guests (long after the alleged 6 p.m. delivery time). After following up again with Scentered to tell them I had received no further communication from UPS, I received no was no further response. Very unlike other companies I have dealt with when UPS has misdelivered a package. It is possible I would have liked the product and become a regular user. DISAPPOINTED to say the least.
