My answer to a good night's sleep

I light my sleep candle for evenings where a need a little extra to help calm my mood and help me relax. The scent is beautiful, not too overpowering and really makes me feel I'm in a spa, I feel so relaxed. I combine this with my sleep balm and have never looked back!
