How to remove a used balm:
- Remove outer lid and protective cap
- Hold upper white part of cartridge with one hand
- hold cardboard base tube with other hand
- Push firmly down on the top of the white cartridge
- Twist firmly clockwise as you would open a tamper proof medicine bottle. (You may need to twist it twice)
- Pull cartridge out as you hit resistance
Replacing with new balm:
- Unwrap the hygiene seal
- Slide the new full cartridge into the now empty cardboard base tube
- Push and twist firmly down until you feel it slot into place.
- Replace original lid, and you are ready to use your balm as before!
Fragrant Notes: Our sophisticated floral lavender blend harnesses the therapeutic benefits of Lavender, Chamomile, Palmarosa and Ho Wood, and balances them with Bois de Rose and Geranium. The Patchouli, Clove and Ylang Ylang heart brings a modern oriental twist.
